Account Creation
Steps to Create a Movora Account or Login
Already a Movora Customer?
Once on the US Store:
- Navigate to
next to the country flag in the top right corner and click on it. A new window will appear for login.
- Enter your username and password*
*NOTE: Movora introduced a new webstore June 11, 2025 and you may need to reset your password for access. Follow the Forgot Password steps to reset your password
New to Movora?
- Navigate to

- Enter the required fields and submit. Be sure to identify your group association, if applicable.
- Once your account is created you will receive a call or email from our customer service team letting you know your account is enabled.
This can take up to 24 hours, but is typically less time.
During this time your Movora team will reach out to you and provide you with a new member packet. This will provide us all the necessary information to easily service (including tax exemption) your account and protect your information. It’s done through DocuSign. It’s important to complete this for quick and easy order processing and is a requirement.

Forgot/Reset Password
How to Reset Your Password?
If you a previous customer but have never used the new Movora webstore experience then you are required to reset your password.
To reset your password use the steps outlined below:
- Click the account button
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your email and perform the verification
- Click "Reset Password" button
Once these actions have been complete, you will receive a password reset email instructing you to change your password.

What is the Customer Account Overview?
The Customer Account Overview is your Movora Store Account. Under your customer account overview you will find your account overview, orders, invoices, lists, addresses, account settings, recently viewed items, quick order items and control user management.

My Orders
My Orders is where you will find all your orders. Here you can search by order number or by date. My Orders is also where you can view your order status.
Understanding Order Statuses:
- Awaiting Shipment - Your order has been received and is being prepared. It is waiting to leave our facility.
- Partially Shipped - Some items in your order have shipped. Remaining items may be on backorder or scheduled to ship separately.
- Shipped - All items in your order have shipped.
- Manual Verification Required - Your order needs to be reviewed by our team due to an internal system sync issue between our processing system and the webstore. No action is required from you at this time, and we will process the order as quickly as possible.
Viewing Orders:
To view your order click the View Order button on the order you want to see.
Once clicked the order will show you:
- Delivery Address
- Billing Adress
- Payment Method
- Shipping Details
- Order Summary
- Order Comments
- Order Items
My Orders FAQs
Invoices
Invoices is where you will find all your invoices. Here you can search by invoice number or by date. Invoices is also where you can view your payment status.
Viewing Invoices:
To view your invoice click the View Invoice button on the order you want to see.
Once clicked the invoice will show you:
- Paid Date
- Invoice Number
- Order Number
- Invoiced Date
- Order Source
- Delivery Address
- Customer Number
- Order Summary
- Total & Paid
- Items Invoiced

My Lists
My Lists is where you will find all your Lists of product you can order by adding to cart. When you have a list under my lists you can customize these lists.
How to Customize Lists:
- Click the 3 dots next to the list:
- You have the option to Duplicate List, Edit Name or Delete List
Creating a New List:
- Under My List, click the Create New List button
- Input your List Name and Save
Adding Product to a List or Adding to Cart:
To add product to a list you can search via SKU or Product Name. You can also add the entire list to your cart by clicking the Add All to Cart button or select item and click Add Selected to Cart button. You can Sort by: Name, Price, SKU or Date.
My Lists FAQs
Addresses
Addresses is where you will find all your Delivery Addresses and Billing Addresses.
Default Addresses:
When the address is marked default this is the address we will use for delivery or billing by default unless specified differently when ordering in your cart.

Account Settings
Account Settings is where you will find your Contact Details and Password. Your Contact Details is the information that is also shown on your Account Overview.

Recently Viewed is where you can your most recent products viewed in a session on the webstore.

Quick Orders
Quick Orders is exactly what it means, when you want to quickly order past products this can be done here.
Utilizing Quick Orders:
Under Quick Orders you can Search via SKU or Product Name or Upload CSV File. To make the quick orders more efficient we have provided a CSV Movora Quick Order Template that can be downloaded once filled out you can upload the CSV file and begin import.

Quick Orders FAQs
User Management
User Management allows you to have multiple users under one account or one practice. Admins are able to add user roles with unique permissions. All managed in one location.
Understanding User Management:
Under User Management, you will be able to view all users under an account and as an admin role you will be able to add new users. Admins will have permissions to edit or delete users. Any orders purchased with be connected to the account and the users who ordered.
Adding a New User:
To add a new user, click the Add New User button. A popup will appear for the new users role can be selected. Then the email address, first name, last name and phone number can be added. Once complete, click the Save User button.
Admin Permissions:
Admins permissions allow these roles to edit and delete users as well as add new users. To delete a user, click the pencil icon on a users card and edit the users information. To delete a user, click the trash can on a users card. NOTICE* Once a user has been deleted then can not be added again.
