Farewell to Movora’s CEO, Guy Spörri
With deep gratitude, Movora announces that Guy Spörri, our Chief Executive Officer, will be stepping down to focus on his family and the next chapter of his career. We are sincerely appreciative of Guy’s leadership, dedication, and the lasting impact he has made on our organization.
Guy's Movora History
Guy initially served as the CEO of KYON, which was then a team of only fifteen. Following the merger of KYON, BioMedtrix, and VOI to form Movora, he guided the integration and growth of the newly combined company with vision and steady leadership. As co-CEO—and later sole CEO—Guy oversaw Movora’s expansions to 240 employees worldwide, helping shape Movora into the strong global brand it is today.
As we approach Movora’s five-year anniversary, the organization stands on a foundation of stability and momentum that reflects Guy’s clear, calm, and consistent leadership. Confident in Movora’s trajectory, Guy has chosen this moment to step aside and direct his energy toward his family and personal goals.
During this transition, Ali Tajbakhsh, the new Group CEO of Movora’s parent company, Vimian, has been shadowing Guy in preparation to step in as interim CEO. Ali brings extensive experience and a strong alignment with Movora’s mission, and we warmly welcome him into this role. Additionally, Movora has added two new roles: President of North America and President of EMEA, taken by Christopher Lutter and Drew Maddalone respectively. They, alongside Ali, will spearhead the next phase of Movora with their stellar guidance and vision.
We anticipate no disruption to Movora’s operations during this leadership transition and remain committed to delivering the same high level of service, innovation, and agility our customers expect.
We thank Guy for his remarkable contributions and wish him every success as he steps into this next phase of life and career.
